Hired a PODS container to move from Sydney to Queensland. We had a few problems in that we had to store all our belongings in the container, as our house in Queensland was not built. Paul and his team are the best. They solved all our problems and delivered our pod on time and when they said they would. I just loved PODS. Can't say enough good things to be honest. Lisa at Yatala was amazing!!! Great customer service! Saw the drivers 8 times in all & they were great friendly guys. Also had to access POD twice which was easy to organise. Truly was the best part of moving. I would not hesitate in recommending PODS to my family and friends. Each and every step was fully explained and I was able to access the POD on a couple of occasions by giving prior notice. I had originally planned to have my furniture in storage for 3 weeks but due to personal reasons it ended up being 10 months. The friendly help I received every time I needed to speak to admin staff or the staff where the POD was stored. This was such a good experience as having used this service for the first time I was not sure how much help I would get.Diane, Brisbane
