Did you know that one in four of us identify as lonely? Rosies Friends on the Street has made it their mission to reach out to people who feel lonely, abandoned, socially isolated and marginalised within our communities. They do this by sharing friendship, creating a sense of belonging, daring to reach out together.
With 11 branches across Queensland, their army of 1200+ volunteers is dedicated to providing a sustained sense of belonging where ever they can. Their volunteers operate street vans, visit adult and youth prisons, provide support to people facing court, and run youth and student engagement programs. And they do all of this with private donations. Click here to make a donation or get involved with Rosies.
PODS is proud to be a partner with Rosies and support them in their outstanding work. Click here to find out how PODS help with onsite on demand storage.
The goal of Special Children’s Christmas Parties is simple – to put smiles on these children’s faces for at least one day of the year! Working closely with charities, schools, community groups and government organisations, Special Children’s Christmas Parties personally invite children across Australia to what has become the biggest children’s Christmas event in the country.
Individuals and businesses, big and small, support this organisation; from small local businesses to large corporate organisations and Local and State Governments. Without this ongoing support, these events would not be possible. PODS has helped store a ‘party in a box’ for the past ten years for the Brisbane and Sydney Special Children’s Christmas Parties.

Red Frogs is committed to ‘safeguarding a generation’ through support and education. Red Frogs Chaplaincy Network began in Australia at Schoolies Week in 1997 and moved in to the university culture in 2002. Recognizing that the culture of young people is dominated by alcohol and that excessive consumption of alcohol and other substances can lead to dangerous and life altering behaviours, Red Frogs have made it their mission to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather through engaging education and promoting and providing non-alcoholic and/or diversionary activities.
